Photography At It's Best (and worst)
These days ANYONE can claim to be a photographer since cameras have become cheaper more user friendly, however not just anyone can create something worth placing on a canvas or poster print. Not anyone can take a camera, whether it's a disposable point-n-shoot or a $1,700 D-SLR, and create an eye-catching snapshot of just anything. The biggest test for your 'photography' is whether you can sell it or not. Whether you can just randomly tack it to a bulletin board at a local grocery store and watch passers by gape open-mouthed at the picture. Don't let anyone know it's yours and watch the reactions for those that notice it.
This site is my way of getting my work out there. This is my way of grabbing their (the consumer, passerby, or possible model) attention. With this site, I hope to achieve a better understanding through comments and suggestions from other photographers and also gain a better clientele through a more professional look than Myspace or facebook. I needed my own touch that those sites didnt offer.
